Pottery Classes at Earth & Ember

Myself and fellow potter James Owen are excited to announce that we are now offering workshops at our studio in Whitwell!

Working with clay has been amazing for us, and we want to open that experience up to our community. Whether you're experienced and want to join the fun or are a complete beginner who wants to give it a go - everyone is welcome.

We will be regularly rolling out new classes so keep an eye on this page for our up and coming clay sessions!

Meet the teachers

Both James and I fell in love with clay as soon as we touched it. It offers something truly wonderful - a medium to fully express your creativity and escape the world around you.

We have a relaxed and encouraging teaching style - offering pointers when needed but giving you the space to let your ideas come to life.

Our studio is on the beautiful Water Hall Farm in Whitwell (SG4 8AF). There are some other great artists on the farm too!
